WIP for Order

We are running the archive programs to set CLSD and DLFL status on orders.

We  are receiving 2 error messages concerning WIP:

  KO450 There is still WIP for ORD

  KD276 WiP in Financial Accounting is still to be cleared/settled

What is the difference between these two messages?

Hi

First you take out the list of orders, you want to archive and then see that all orders are properly settled. I you find some orders still pending settlement keep them out of your archive prog or settle them if possible.

Orders with balances not zero have been written off to the GL long ago and no new entries are permitted.  For these the config is being changed to: "not for settlement"   set DLFL/CLSD and reset config.

these are the question: just wondering what is different: between   KO450  and  KD276

Meaning of KO450 is some orders still have WIP that is diff between Dr and Cr persists and not settled

KD276 is WIP GL related to that above orders are obviously not cleared...
