Hi gurus,

What should be the right administration of UDM_PRMON?

Should I delete the IDs after some time?

In what cases should I delete or stop them?'

Hi,

whether the scheduled job run successfully or not you can check in SM37 with job name: UKM_GENERATE_WORKLIST_Run ID_se.No. if you want to cancel job. you can cancel using SM37 or UDM_PRMON.

Any number of re-runs of batch job will yield in failure.

This is not a run time error. the log will state: Segment NZ___SGXXX is blocked for run XXXX

You need to run the transaction UDM_PRMON & select the run id & restart/release. If still it is incomplete, should stop & delete that. You might not have access to this transaction, only Regional consultants whom you are reporting onsite will have the ready access for the transaction to execute it.
