AC Field Name for room number

Hi All,

GRC10.1 and NW 7.4

There is a room number in below path. Access request->User details tab->location.

I want to map it with the LDAP. But I did not find any AC Field Name for room number.

Could you please advise me to find it?

I have checked in the table GRACACFIELD, Seems ROOM_NO is only available for connection action 5.

But in my case I am using only connection action 3 and 4

Hi All,

I have tried with both the options, 1. ROOM_NO 2. room number. But SU01 data not updated after successful completion of access request.

Where as other fields are getting updated successfully like first name, last name.

I want to map room number(SU01) to Employee id ( LDAP)

Please advise.

did you try these as well

ROOM_NO	ROOM_NO		ADDRESS
ROOM_NO_P	ROOM_NO_P		ADDRESS

ROOM_NO is provided by AB, try ROMM_NO_P

and map with LDAP attribute and check if it is visible in access request user details.

It depends where it is stored.

can roomNumber as well.

in Access Control the field is ROOM_NO.
