HI Experts,

We are facing issue in our ECC production system with SMQ2 queues stuck with non existing user.

Once we have queues stuck with non existing user we are saving the same queue for processing the next queues smoothly.

Can you please suggest provide resolutions on the same to overcome the issue.

Hello,

You can delete or execute these queues by using report by selecting the user

RSARFCER                       Delete tRFC

RSARFCEX                       Execute Calls Not Yet Executed

Please check source of queues my be some batch job for that user ID is running in system.
