what is BOM hierarchy in SAP PM, How can we use it, what is the business scenario is available for the same.

Where have you read about this BOM hierarchy?
Its possible the have multi-level BOMs by including material BOMs within other material BOMs, or by using "PM Assemblies" (material type IBAU).
