Certificates popup not opening when integrated with Portal!!

Hi friends,

   FM SSFS_CALL_CONTROL gives a popup with all the certificates available.We need to choose from that. But, when I integrated my WD into portal, that popup is not appearing. The page from BSP  sapsign/default.htm is getting opened.But, nothing after that.

Someone please help!!

Can you check browser setting for pop-up?

Are they blocked ?

Popup is not getting blocked when the application is opened seperatly from SE80. So, it's not the problem of popup blocker. Only problem is from Portal. Active X control popup is not coming.
