Outlook does not synch with calendar

Good day gurus,

Im currently having an issue with SAP synch, when the user creates an appointment, it automatically synchs with outlooks calendar.

But when the user creates a follow up from that existing appointment, it does not synch..

Any inputs will be helpful.

Hi Gabriel,

Are you using Client based or server based groupware?

If its client based then let us know what version.

Also is the user creating the follow up the same user that was owner of the original appointment?
