SAP Work Manager 6.1.0 WPF Client Communications Error (14)

Hi All

We installed Mobile Work Order Management for SAP Systems.

ABAP Add-ons in ERP System: - Installed and works

BC set to activate: - done

SAP Mobile Platform 3.0.7: Installed and works

Agentry SAP Work Manager 6.2: Installed and works

Use the SMP 3.0 generated certificate and install: - done

Check that the Agentry application can be seen: - done, it works

I wrote line

192.168.0.107 bdv-vp7-pc

in the client windows computer

I installed SAP Work Manager 6.1.0 WPF on the client windows computer

I installed smp_crt.cer on the client windows computer

When I try to connect from  WPF SAP Work Manager 6.1.0 to the SMP I get the error

Client Communications Error (14)

Connection failed

In the IE from client windows computer the url https://bdv-vp7-pc:8081/SAPWM returns

You should make sure you are using the latest WPF client.  There were security changes in the SMP3 server that require a newer WPF client to connect.

Please download and run the latest WPF client SDK SP09 PL04.  I believe it will fix the problem.

The google search for "WPF client SDK" doesn't give any interesting refs.

It is included in the SMP3 SDK SP09 PL04 download from the service marketplace.

where is "WPF client SDK SP09 PL04" installer is placed inside the archive?

setupAMD64.exe doesn't work.

It is a SAP Mobile Platform SDK and Installer want the SAP Mobile Platform SDK SP09 to be installed before.

The users come from the backend SAP System you are connecting to.

I used our SAP ERP user.

Now the error is

No personnel id found for logged user

I think somewhere must be Administrative Guide to enter Work Manager users in the ERP.
