Dear Experts.

Now I want to settle the debit value of the order to different cost center from this month onwards.

Although i change the settlement rule as below

When i execute the KO88, Still my receiver is previous Cost center.

What is the change the change should I do?

Thanks fro the Advice

Input last month into "To period" and "To fiscal year" for previous cost center in settlement rule.

And execute the KO88, then you can settle the debit to new cost center.

hello Ashok,

Go inside your current settlement rule in order (via. Go to option inside settlement rule OR via. rule number) and enter "validity to" period for previous months. Then settle all actual costs till previous month in KO88.

Now, again create new rule inside order with new cost center and next validity periods, give new settlement period in KO88, new cost center should now populate in KO88.

Thanks,

Prashant

Hi Ashok,

Please change the cost center in the master data of functional location, equipment, work center from where it is getting copied into the settlement rule of the maintenance order.

Once you change the same from next time onwards it will pick up the correct cost center,
