Unable to save data for certain Accounts for Unscheduled visits

Hi

I need some assistance please ,since end July our reps have been experiencing problems to create unscheduled visits for certain accounts assigned to their Employee Responsible id .

The error comes up when trying to save the visit ''Unable to save data successfully''

We are currently using Rex v12 on Android devices .We have checked with our masterdata team and they have not made any changes in this period of time ,what else can we investigate as it is growing daily?

We have done a debug while doing a successful Unscheduled visit and one where the Unscheduled visit did not save :

Hi Naeema,

     I'm from RetailExecution Android team, can you please give us few more details to investigate on this scenario?

For better and quick solution can you raise a support ticket to the component "CRM-MSP-REX-AND" with following details?

1) Which customer is facing this issue?

2) Rex Version? 3.2.x or 3.3.x?

3) Was there any custom development done on top of standard UnAssigned Visits functionality?

4) Kindly extract the client db(where we can reproduce the issue) and encryption key(and attach it in support ticket or share us link to download). How to extract? Go to Debug tab after sync, you will find the encryption key and a button to extract the client db. Extracted files will be under Download folder of device main memory or SD crad. And folder name will be like "com.sap.rex.ui<date & time>"

5) Exact steps to reproduce the scenario
