While Upgrading SAP CRM 7.0 to EHP3 getting below error

Hi Team,

I am getting error in SAP CRM 7.0 to EHP3 Pre-processing step phase MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_SHD2_RUN/SUBMOD_CRR_INITRANS/RUN_CRR_FUNC    

Also In CRR_Control T-Code Getting start and stop transfer option disabled and number of used dialog process also disabled

Please help me to resolve the same

Hi Santosh,

Even I faced the same error. I thought the error could be because of the difference in the host names (different cases) in different locations. I maintained the host names in "hosts" file, Instance Profile of both Shadow and Original Instance all in the same case and restarted the SUM. It worked for me.

Hi Sanjeev,

Thanks for revert But I already resolved this issue by maintaining host name in both system

I found one more thing which I shared to you host name is key sensitive while up gradation

I maintained host name as per SM51 in all system and restart SUM and issue was resolved.
