Hi All,

I understand that the SuccessFactors licensing model is subscription based however, I am trying to determine if there are license/user types as found with the SAP ERP (Professional User, Limited Professional User) etc.

Thanks

Hi Kandia,

Subscription is per employee in the system per year. There are no license levels like with on-premise.

Hi Luke,

You mean to say that it is per Admin user OR per emaployee.

If it is per employee, it might be very expensive. Be cause if my company has 5000 employees, it may cost more...

Thanks,

Naveen.

Hi Naveen,

It is per employee.

Best regards,

Luke

Thank you both but Naveen, can you give me more contexts on what you meant when you said " You mean to say that it is per Admin user OR per employee"? Is there a difference then in terms of the licences? If so, what would the difference?
