Loyalty activity processing error

hi.

While processing loyalty activity Processing log shows failed status with Membership is not active error. Kindly assist me how to resolve this.

I executed RLOY_ENGINE_CACHE_REFRESH but still the error exists.

I guess GUIDs referring to BP's is not the problem. We have the same behaviour.

Maybe the date of the membership activity you try to post is before start date of membership

Run report RLOY_ENGINE_CACHE_REFRESH after changing the rules.

Check the status of the member ship on DB. Table LOYD_MSH_MEMS.

Take the GUID of the BP as MEMB_GUID.

Field ISTAT and ESTAT should be active. Maybe field STATUS is not filled with value of ESTAT.

Check whether the member ship of the business partner 0010794233 is in status active

Hi Priyanka

The GUID's in the Erro Log refer to BP' numbers and not actual SAP CRM GUID's are these not your issue?
