Hi all,
Me getting Below mentioned Error Message after logged in to web_ui, after that i did any action in web ui that message automatically gone.
how to resolve this error message issue. Because some wrong functional activity this happened i think so.
Error message:-
Type= SYSTEM_ERROR, ID= ERROR_SESSION_INIT, description= 16AA9A3937A9BB56E10000000A11447B

Hello,
This might happen if there is still a channel established to CMS but the corresponding communication and agent sessions has timed out on the CRM application server.
SAP Notes 2198739 and 2169632 introduce a new business role parameter CRM_IC_CTI_LOGFF_NEW. If the business role parameter is added to a business role, CMS communication channels are handled differently. This is especially helpful if the old CRM Interaction Center was not closed properly.

Did you resolve the issue?
The error you mentioned is mostly caused by customer enhancement and
wrong customizing for business role and technical profile.
Could you please help to check if the symptom is reproducible with the
standard business role and user parameter WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT set as A
via T-code: su3?
