Portal Issues - Users accessing Portal(User Interface) are getting errors

Hi,

Globally for updating the Employee master data we are using portal(User Interface).

We are able to login the portal and we are able to see the employee list. but when we click on search or on any employee we are getting "Web page not displayed" , some times we see blank white page also.

On a daily basis users are facing different issues whereby pages are not loading, search option is not working, unable to load employees country wise lists, links and buttons not opening etc.

It is detected in US, NL as well as in Singapore.

Users stating the performance of the portal is very unstable.

Below check points performed from our end:

Checked Portal connectivity with OS

Checked the Table size

Restarted the ICM and Web dispatcher.

Done health check from Portal end, nothing found unusual

Please suggest what can be done to resolve this.

Hi Jun Wu,

We are not able to find any error logs with in the time frame of this issue occurs.

what technology you are using?

what is your landscape?

Hi,

Now this issue is solved, User interface is back and working fine as expected.

Cause: We found that the system memory is completely exhausted. Long running processes were killed but system memory is still at 100%. We have restarted the system and now Portal is functioning without any errors.
