Start / Stop of Jobs in CPS for DB Refresh

Hello All ,

We have Db Refresh in our SAP Test system , ECC and BI From Prod. So we have to Stop all batch jobs which are getting triggered From Redwood CPS for a period of time. and we have to start all the jobs after refresh.

Can anyone brief me the about the steps.

Hi Krishna,

For stopping jobs scheduled from CPS to SAP systems , we have to do activities in SAP as well as in CPS system.

1)run BTCTRNS1 in SAP system

2)Hold the queue and stop the server.

After your system is ready , you can start the server , release the queue and then run BTCTRNS2 in the SAP system. Let me know if you have any more queries.

Hello,

Put a time window on your queues and close it during the maintenance, this will stop and release your processes automatically.
