No bdocs in smw01 while running /CRMRE/ROBJ

Hi,

I am working on CRM-RE integration, we configured MD and followed the steps related to Specific Industry RE- .

while executing R3AS ( object - /CRMRE/ROBJ) no data coming and i don't find any bdcos (in smw01) or erros (in smq1, smq2, st22).

after investigation,  we found missing record in table CRMSUBTAB (in ERP) for object /CRMRE/ROBJ.

I need anyone to provide me with the assigned FM to /CRMRE/ROBJ in table CRMSUBTAB.

Please maintain the following entries via SM30 for CRMSUBTAB in ERP system:

CRM     /CRMRE/AOBJ    Download       PRODUCT    CRS_REFX_ARCOBJ_EXTRACT

CRM     /CRMRE/ROBJ    Download       PRODUCT    CRS_REFX_OBJ_EXTRACT

I tried to add the above records in ERP table but  this FM doesn't exist in the system.

Hi Julin,

I'm getting the same issue . Above entries you mentioned already there in ERP system.

I got the error message

When I tried to debug the BDoc, at Function module  SMOF0_READ_SMOFSUBTAB , system is passing object_class  = PRODUCT and  object_name  /CRMRE/AOBJ , it is not returning values .

the table : SMOFSUBTAB,SMOFOBJECT does not have entries in the CRM .

Can you please let us know how/what to maintain in above tables.

(I'm trying to import equipments from ERP Plant maintenance to CRM)

Hi All,

Thanx Julin,

your first answer lead me to check all installed components in ERP

and we found APPL-GLO component missing which has all refx/CRM interrogation.

@ Naveen,

I suggest to check ERP components and be sure u already installed
