Dear experts,
i found this post on SAPUI5 SCN about creating a communication channel for whatsapp integration.

Is it possible to use this workaround (or edit it) in order to integrate whatsapp as ticket source in SAP C4C ?

C4C has both odata and soap Apis to create C4C objects like activities and tickets. You could probably modify this UI5 app example to call thesr C4C Apis to create a C4C activity to log the wechat or create a C4C ticket to drive a followup service process.
