Hi Yaa- when I have activated the Account type in the view of ICCMP_BP_DETAIL/BuPaCreate and when creating an account and saving the system is sending an error message the category is not defined that is 1,2,3.
will the system not default at the back end to the BP Category to (1,2,3) when I have entered the Account type as individual or corporate.
do I need to do coding on this area.
Error message on webui is : "BUSINESS PARTNER CATEOGRY DOESNOT EXIST; USE 1,2 or3
Points will be awarded for prompt response and it will be highly appreciated.

Hi Vani,
Not sure if understood correctly your issue, but as long in your business role you have an account identification profile assigned (function profile id BPIDENT), it should pick automatically the partner category maintained for account creation from there (normally 1 or 2).
Have you done any development in ICCMP_BP_DETAIL/BuPaCreate to manipulate this?
