Alert 7173 not coming in Alert monitor

Hi Team,

We want to activate the alert - 7173 Goods Receipt for ASN Overdue in SNC.

I have activated the alert in SNC->Exceptions->Alert Type activation->Activate Alert types

The alert is active but it is not coming in the alert monitor in SNC Web UI.

Please suggest if there is any other step to be performed in ECC or SNC to display the alert in alert monitor.

Hi Nidhi,

Check whether this note 1895905 is implimented in your system, if not analyse whether you can impliment the below note.  Please share the results..

1895905 - /SCA/PO_CNFASN_OVDUE does not create 7173 alerts

Hi Nidhi,

Did you able to see the alert generated in SOST or in SCOT transaction codes..?

Hi Mahesh,

No the alert is not there in SOST transaction.

But when I ran the program,in the output it showed that alert is created.But I do not see that in SOST.

Is there anything else required for this?

Thanks for your response.It was really helpful.Really appreciate it.

We implemented the SAP note and the program has generated the alert.

But somehow I am not seeing that alert on SNC Web UI.

Is there any setting we need to do at the Web UI to receive the alert from ECC.

Please share the steps if any.

Hi Team,

I have checked and there is one report /SCA/PO_CONF_ASN_OVERDUE which is used to generate the overdue alerts.

But this report is not generating the 7173 alert even though we have the data.

Please advise if there is any other setting required with this report/alert generation.
