count issue on tile my inbox extension

Hi All,

I have an issue with count, i am getting a count of 1 for some users even if there is no work items in their inbox. if I add only 1 work item that time am getting  count as 2 . After click tile on launchpad , only 1 item is displaying while still count as 2.

The issue is related to scenariocollection, I have verified the taskid that is using only in a single workflow.

Please help us for getting out of this issue.

Yes, It is happening only in a single myInbox extension application. We have another 5 My Inbox extension app as well, but the count issue is not happening on these applications.
