Report Quality Issue-"Could not open app. Try again later."

Hi Experts,

I am facing issues with Implementing Report Quality issue..

I went through most of threads explaining the problems similar to me bt nothing helped me.\\\

Let me first tell you the sytem info first.

ECC - EHP7, SAP_APPL SP08, EA-APPL SP08

Gateway NW 7.4,UIEAAP01 SP07

Since my system has attained the maximum possible patch level , the notes listed in implementation document doesnt concern me(Correct me if i am wrong).Bt still the issue came up.

I think it is because of Configuration issue.

Could have please share the app Configuration details here...
