Hello Experts,

I have configured standard web servcies in our ERP system and have been using HTTPS to call them. I have configured the SSL Server standard PSE with CN name same as the host name in the connection string for the web service. All the above settings and configuration has been working perfectly fine till the last 15 days or so.

After a patch uprgade related to UI5 and SAP Gateway, I now have the error IOException:The https URL hostname does not match the Common Name (CN) on the server certificate in the client's truststore. I tried restarting the ICM service on my ERP system, reloading its configuration, re-distributing PSEs but to no avail.

Do I need to regenerate the SSL Server standard PSE again now?

Hi Diptee,

Can you please check once the entries for the icm parameter which host name its using.

And any changes at httpurlloc table.

Also do refer to below link which is used to rebuild the urls after the UI5 upgrades.

Procedure

1. Start the UI theme designer.
2. In the start screen, select your custom theme.
3. Select Rebuild.The CSS files are built for the new version.

Hello Ram,

I just confirmed from my Basis team and they say, there havn't been any changes on the ERP server, they were cancelled at the last moment. May I know which host name are you referring to? Please note, since we have put our server into DMZ, we use a public IP to access it from the Internet and we have used the same public IP as the CN name in the SSL certificate.
