Hi,
we want to add different header and footer in personalised mail forms for sms, mail and fax sending. As in word, the header and footer should be applicable to all pages in the same document. Can someone tell me how we can do it?

as this is all HTML and CSS created content you would need to adapt the code accoridingly.
Furthermore, how does an E-Mail or SMS have multiple pages, isn't it one long page or divided by links?
