NWDS 7.3 R/3 Configuration: Empty system list

In NWDS 7.3 I want to add an R/3 Configuration.

Windows -> Preferences -> Destination Configuration -> R/3 Configuration -> Add ...

The popup occurs, but within the 'load balancing' tab the System list is empty.

How can I configure available systems?

Follow the procedure in the following blog: and you will be able to add R/3 load balanced system in the NWDS.

The SAP logon pad shows a number of connections.

What else should be configured there?

what's your point? you just need a connection or it must be a loadbalanced connection?

do you have loadbalanced connection in your logon pad?

Yes. I have installed SAP GUI and the logon pad already contains a number of loadbalanced connections.

But nevertheless the list of available systems in NWDS is still empty.

Is it necessary to link the installed SAP logon PAD to NWDS?  how will NWDS be able to read the list of available connections?

No.

The UI seems to work for single server access only and not for load balanced access.
