Unable to access Infoview in any version of IE, but we can in Mozilla

We are trying to figure out what changed to stop our ability to access Infoview from IE (have tried multiple versions).

We are able to access Infoview using Mozilla without any problem.

IE gives us a Windows Security window, asking for user ID and password - but after entered, says credentials are invalid (401).

Have tried with multiple users.

Appreciate any thoughts on what to check.

Hi,

Check in the IE compatibility mode.Also try to put the infoview url in the IE Trusted sites and try.

Check this sap note if applicable.
