Hi Krishna,

Using the DataEditor: bad luck, it's no longer supported by SAP. The OCC, however, now has the same capabilities as the DE.

For multiple value assignments, just write them in one row below another in your Excel sheet, all for the same spec.

Hi Krishna,

If I am not wrong, Data Editor is no longer for sale as a product, and is available via service now. If you have subscribed it as Service, then SAP should support you in your queries through some helpdesk mechanism.

As explained in other posts also, OCC now has inherent capabilities to upload property data; please refer the Admin manual and other documents provided as part of OCC set-up. Alternatively, if you have any VB guy available, you can very easily build a macro-enabled excel template which can be converted to .dat and loaded through Basic data & tools import functionality. Just export one sample specifcation having that property maintained as per your requirement; pass the generated .dat to your VB guy. He/She should be able to quickly give you an excel template to collect and covert data in .dat to be imported.

Hope above helps.

Dear Krishna

do you talk about OCC or DataEditor? For DataEditor: you need to address ro SAP. For OCC: just check OSS notes and links e.g. in:
