AET Field issue on production system?

Hi team,

I have created AET field on CRMD_ORDERADM_H, now field is available on Development server .after moving to production the aet field is not available on table crmd_orderadm_h.iam getting on service order creation screen.if i check in web ui prodution system that aet field is there.but is not available on table level.Could you please help here..

Hi,

Most possibly this field is in CRMD_CUSTOMER_H table. please check there.

Hi  ,

Could you tell me in which object you have created AET Field and where you have added this field in web ui , it is in header level or in any assignment block.

There might be following reason behind this,

1.You need to check which configuration getting called on press F2 on web ui field. This could be a reason behind this issue, There are two different configuration are called in both the systems. You can check in component level , there is method called do_config_determination.

2. There might be transport issue as well. May be transport is not imported properly in production server.
