I am working on requirement where during a call, Agent should be able to transfer call to specific number/extension (XXXX). As this extension is not going to change we don't need Dial pad on screen. On click of new button call should be transferred immediately. Has any one worked on similar requirement.
Currently all Dialpad related code is written in Javascript. Any change will need modification. Wanted to achieve this requirement without any modification.

The function dialog_init() is in ICCMP_CCS TELEPHONYTRANSFERDIALOG_ENH.HTM.
If you don't want a dial pad popup, you need to adjust the coding here.
