ADS 11 Deployment on Multiple Servers

We have a 250-user licensed ADS 11 installation on one of our servers. The user limit is way too much, but we have another centre with a separate server (linked through a VPN to our main server) that requires ADS on it. Is it possible to install ADS 11 on that server (with a different port number and/or IP address) and use up some more of our user limit? Would one installation complain about the other? What can I do?

• From our EULA, you can install and run an ADS with the same serial number only one time for productive use.
• If you have i.e. two ADS with two different serial numbers, you can install both one the same network with runing service.
• If you have only one ADS license with 250 users, you can't split them and have to ask the SAP ADS Sales Team, if there is any solution for your license request.

If we have a serial number and code for 50 user ADS 8.1, can we use those credentials to install ADS 11 on the other server? Will that serial number only work with ADS 8.1?

With the serial number and valication code for ADS 8.1, you can only install the ADS Version 8.x.
