SAP B1 one Server Tools

Hi everyone,

I have a problem for install the SAP SERVER TOOLS.

This is the message appear when i try to install the Server Tools juste after the SA connexion(password) .

Hi,

Kindly recheck your sql server sa credentials and enter it with properly you migh have used wrong sa credentials.

If above point you think is working fine then try to check TCP/IP Protocol is enabled.

Go to sql server configuration manager to check the below settings

If this also looks fine then try to check you have properly uninstalled the sap server tools earlier.

Remove the sap folder as well and try to reinstall it.
