BW Portal navigation casually hangs

Good morning,

I found a problem that happens without regularity with SAP BW Portal. Sometimes, I enter in portal and, when I try to explode a node, nothing happen (report list is not shown). If I try to launch a report using a direct link, I can execute it without problems. I cannot find a particular reason (I changed browser and sometimes problem arises and sometimes problem doesn't happen).

Did someone already faced this kind of problem? It should be related with client workstation, because changing workstation the problem doesn't persists.

Hi,

I assume that you are accessing the report in a portal iview. What type of iview is it ?

Does it occur for a paticular user ?

It is difficult to tell what might be causing the issue if it is intermittent.
