Call Recording in Slow Motion

Hello guys,

I need help to solve the following issue, my SAP system is recording audio calls in slow motion and listen very slow.

Currently I have the version 7 of SAP Contact Center

I Hope you help me guys, please!

Hi Cesar,

from the ticket you made we see that you are running quite old release. I can remember that earlier there were something with GSM compressed recording in certain scenarios.

The recommendation is to upgrade and make sure that you have all available hotfixes installed to the system.

ps. if you raise this kind of questions it is important to provide littlebit more detailed information. For example version number and hotfix level helps experts to give more exact answers.

Hi,

do you play those files back on windows or through e.g. CDT?

The issue sounds to be very likely related to a wrong sample rate / frequency being used for playback.

The default sample rate used by SAP Contact Center is 8000 Hz, if played back with a wrong sample rate, the recording sound slowed down or accelerated.

If the issues shows up in CDT, you should consider opening a service ticket.
