Storing Billing Invoice in Different Dokument Type SD

Hello Experts,

How can be possible i have two Document Type

T.Code OAC2 (Document types)

1. ZTEST_EX

2. ZTEST_EX_A

These Dokument Type Links with SAP OBJECT BKPF 

These Document types how assign with differnet Order Type e.g TA ,

1. ZTEST_EX   - > TA ( VBAK-AUART)

2. ZTEST_EX_A  -> ZA ( VBAK-AUART) This is Z order Type

Hello Zafarullah,

          Which business object these document types are being assigned to VBAK? Or BKPF?

In case of VBAK you can assign them as one of the workflow parameter “SALEDOCUMENTTYPE”(see below image copied)

Specify “TA” /”ZA” to specific document type accordingly.

In case of BKPF, SAP does not provide a possibility have document type as parameter both the way.

Please explore SWO1 for more info.
