Auto notification when credit hold released

Hello Gurus,

when a sales order goes into a credit hold, it is then released by the credit manager.  Then credit manager emails the customer rep indicating credit release completed.  Is there a way to automatically notify to the credit manager when the order goes on hold and when the manager releases, notify the customer service rep?

Hi

You can define output type for the same (copy of KRML) and assign correct routine to it (if I recall 906).  Also check SAP note:

677377 - E-mail to credit representative
