SAP Mobile BI dashboards are not displaying on iPhone

Dear all,

we are using SAP BI 4.1 SP 4. we can view WEBI & Crystal reports on iPhone but dashboards are not displaying on the report list. we have designed a simple dashboard which is mobile only. please help on this issue

Hi Demsie,

As per below document, dashboards are not supported on iphones. Please check the below document:

Dashboards are only supported in IPAD/Android phone.

you can try design studio if you want to display reports on Iphone.

You can display your reports on Ipad too. below is the prerequisites you need to know:

Just to make sure that did you export your dashboard into MobileDesigned folder under Category on launchpad?

You need to ensure that the components being used in the dashbaoard are mobile compatible. What components are present in the dashboard? Also, what is the source of your dashboard?

we have used mobile compatible components( mobile only). the data source is excel from the dashboard design
