Problem in loading an iview in sap portal?

Dear Portal Experts,

                                In my there are two portals sandbox and development iviews are not loading completely in development server portal. Please refer the below attached screen shots for your reference.

Note : 1.The first screen shots the iview is loading properly in sandbox.

          2.But coming to development server the iview is not loading completely as in it is being loaded in sandbox.

Please help me out.

Hi Vamsi

sounds like your portals are not on the same SP & patch level.

Make sure you implement this note:

2127865 - iView height in Internet Explorer 11 is displayed smaller than expected

Check and fix the iView properties:
1. Fixed Height (Pixels)

2. Height Type

If the iView is inside the page - check the same for page also.

Dear Roman Loshevsky,

                                       I have checked the height and pixels properties but none of them are fixing the problem.

Note : They have applied some patches in portal only after that it is not working

Is this issue occurs only in IE 11 ?

Can you please check both portals in google chrome and check if there

are still rendering issues?
