Harsh,
Go to your packaging specification and on main level you will have rounding tab. Check here whether minimum pack size is with check box and with which rounding direction i.e. up/down/nearest. Change it to up and check again.
Explore with this setting and don't mind going through the link above.

Are you sure you wanted to "round up". It could lead to over confirmations and inconsistencies. Did you consider this in mind ? Alternatively, the rounding up should take place at order quantity level if the customer had placed a lower quantity which is not in the multiples of your rounding factor per the business rules.

Dear Harsh,
The sales Document Item can be influenced by either the material master's basic data .
Or could be due to configuration settings.
let us illustrate an example . I am creating a order for material A with quantity as 15.0010 kgs .
Case1:
Now the round off should influence the figure which is updated like should it consider 15 kgs or 16 kgs is possible by Rounding Profiles maintained for that material in Sales view1 .
Case2:
IN SPRO see are there any entries of Rounding Categories ::
if any Rounding Categories are maintained please check the range and the rounding rule weather it is
Round Up +
Round Down -
Round OFF X
Hope this clue will be useful to solve the problem.
Rewards would be highly appreciated.
Thanks & Regards
Arvind Pabba
