SAP CRM - VA02 - Print Attachments

Hello SAP CRM experts,

In my WEB UI, I have create a BOR object to ECC transaction VA02 to display sales orders. In the sales order we have attachments as below :

However on clicking the corresponding documents, i am getting the following screen.

Even the printing is not working as in my spool i get only the file name.

Note : In VA02 the viewing of the document is working.

Please advise on how to resolve this?

Corrected by the note 1995776 - ITS up/down: RESTGUI dialogs instead of applet execution
