Note required for error, while opening a Control

Hi All,

I get the below error, while trying to open a Mit. Control, through NWBC->.->Organizations. This Mit. Control is linked to Process Control, through Business Process(and Sub-Business Process). So, when this Mit. Control is opened through Organizations-. Subprocess-.Control.

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: The ASSERT condition was violated. (termination: RABAX_STATE)

Since, i do not have Marketplace id, could some one suggest the note

ST22 dump is below

did you get chance to check below thread for similar issue

Getting "The ASSERT condition was violated" dum... | SCN

it is issue with case management configuration

SPRO >> GRC >> Process Control >> Cases >> Check Customizing for Case Management.

Thanks a lot, but i do not have access to notes, now. So, would it be possible for you to, open the note and copy/paste the solution

Since i am making Controls, created on AC to be made available on PC, i could not see why, Check Customizing for Case Management is required. So, could you say, why thisis required

Symptom

Unable to open any local control through Organization due to the dump  ASSERTION_FAILED CL_GRFN_API_IDENT=============CP

Unable to open Adhoc issues.

Cannot Schedule any Automated monitoring Job due to the  error 'GRFN_ENTITY_API:102 <ORG Technical ID> <Control Technical ID> 0SAPD <Date>

Environment

Governance, risk and Compliance Process Control 10.0

Reproducing the Issue

Case 1

-Choose Master Data and open any Organization

-Go to Sub process tab and try to open any control

The system dumps with ASSERTION_FAILED error.

Case 2

Try to Schedule an automated control and the error is shows

"GRFN_ENTITY_API:102 <ORG Technical ID> <Control Technical ID> 0SAPD <Date>".

Cause

Customization of Case management is not performed correctly.

Resolution

Make sure the entries under

SPRO->Governance, Risk and Compliance->Process Control->Cases->Check Customizing for Case Management are in Green.

If the entries are in Red, transport the below entries to make them Green

SPRO->SAP NetWeaver->Application Server->Basis Services->Case Management->Set Status Administration->Create Status Profile and

SPRO->SAP NetWeaver->Application Server->Basis Services->Case Management->Define Case Types

Refer to SAP note-1526732 while transporting the entries.
