ROOT path for SAP BPC 10 files

Hi

Do you know where is the physical path of the folder where BPC 10 NW files are stored?

In transaction UJFS just show this path for example  /ROOT/WEBEXCEL .... but what is the value of ROOT?? what is the physical path in server?

Do you have any idea?

Hi,

The path /ROOT/WEBEXCEL does not physically exist in the file system.  The path is virtual and it maps to a directory structure shown in UJFS.  However even the UJFS directory does not physically exit.  The files are saved in the data base in special formats like blobs and they are identified with unique IDs.  The path information is also saved in tables.  All the information are referenced through the unique IDs.  The system takes the blobs and renders them as excel or text formatted content viewed by end user.

UJFS store files in the database fields and not in the real folders on the server...
