Hi AP,
I guess you are using archivelink to store the documents, right? You will need to determine whether you are using a separate document server.
You can see how and where the documents are stored using transactions OAC0, OAC2 and OAC3. I they are stored on a document server, you might need to get acces to that.
With transactions OAWD and OAAD, you will be able to view the documents.
