Activity confirmation

Hi Team,

When sufficient budget is not available during activity confirmation, system update confirmation without actual cost. I want system should not update confirmation if no sufficient budget available how to configure this

First thing, go to OPST, whether the Actual Costs and Termination for Incorrect Act.Costs are ticked for Logs / Error Handling

Yes it is active still system confirm activity with hours but actual cost not posted as no sufficient budget.

Also during activity confirmation sufficient budget available at WBS level but still system check plan cost of activity why?

Do you want to stop confirm activity, if there is no Budget ?

How is your system is behaving ?

hi,

activity plan cost is 1000$ for 10Hrs. When I try to confirm it for 13 Hrs budget error get. But there is sufficient budget at WBS level....can system check WBS budget rather than activity plan cost

I try to confirm activity 0100, but system check and confirm only for Rs.4000. But suffcient budget is available WBS as 25850

You need to check whether any Validation in place, which does the check.

if i try to post confirmation system allow with message..no actual cost calculate. It will update only hours with no additional cost...
