AS2 Adapter - B2B MDN

Hello

I am using PO and have developed a scenario using SAP AS2 adapter.

The scenario is Idoc - >third party.

The third party confirmed that they have received the message fine. My message monitoring also says Status delivered.

But in the MDN section , I found these three messages. Attached screenshot.

After a day, I am unable to find these messages and the original message in the Database or Archive section.

My clarification are as follows.

1. I have chosen sync MDN, so as per the screenshot, has everything went fine with my message. Why are they in process and solicited?

2. Why did my message disappear after a day, it is neither in database or archive section

Hi Sam,

The listing of the three messages is showing the multiple statuses of the MDN request that you have made so think of it as a flow -> requested, received, validated.  As far as the message logs the default persistence in the system is 1 day for messages.  If you want to extend the length that messages are available then you would need to change the necessary parameter - we have done this as we set ours to 14 days.
