Hi,
I've a data source and one of the fields has disabled the transfer proptery.
This is a generic datasource from R/3 and there the field is enable but in BW not.
Can anybody tell me how can I get to enable the property "Transfer"?
Thanks in advance.
Regards.
Hi,
Re-replicate data source as per your bw version.
try to flag transfer option at data source level in edit mode.
once you done changes, try to activate data source.
Thanks

Hi,
Did you try it using t/code RSDS? Go in change mode and flag the Transfer check box for the affected field.
Best regards,
Sander

Hi,
Please share a screenshot of the generic DataSource.
In BW (i.e. not in ECC): start t/code RSDS, enter the DataSource and Source System, go in Change mode.
Note: I am referring to the 5th column from the left hand side. Is the check box Transfer flagged?
Best regards,
Sander
Hi David,
Replicate the data source in your BW system. If it doesn't help, then activate the transfer structure though program in the BW system.

Hi,
I think the problem was that I deleted in BW the z infoobject which was joined with the field coming from the R/3, also in the transfer rule and now I can't enable the transfer flag.
For example, if I enable the select flag for that field in R/3 and replicate in BW and, create a infopackage this is the result:
Perhaps the sollution is delete the transfer rule and start again.
Thanks.
