Hi
when we send emails from CRM 7 to eircom they do not arrive or are blocked because eircom do not recognise the index record.
Emails sent to gmail iCloud hotmail are fine and arrive.
When we send a mail it originates as service@electricireland.ie then translates to the internal address as service@crpprod.esb.ie and
finally out.
It seems that because it appears that a 3rd part mail service has sent this i.e. @crpprod.esb.ie and that is not a valid domain then eircom are blocking the mail.
Can we do anything?

usually SAP is sending emails from technical email account, that could be somehow impacted in eg. MS Exchange.
I would check MS Exchange (or else depending on what you are using) rules for emails convert.
