1. See this Order  Note the value in the Person Responsible field. It is CCO_SARATA.

2. Go to SE16 (instead of SE11 to reduce one step)

Enter AUFK in the table name and hit Enter.

Give the Order number in AUFNR field and Execute.

Take OBJNR value from the output.

3. Now run SE16 again. Put IHPA in the table field and hit Enter.

Put the above OBJNR value in the OBJNR field here and Execute.

Find the Person Responsible value in the first picture here in the PARNR field.

Hope there is no need of further assistance in correlating the PARNR value here to the value in the  Person Responsible field of the first picture.

It is there. I feel such posts from your side are silly. Now you don't tell me that you are not knowing how to bring invisible fields to display through Change layout icon. Take help of some SAP literate persons nearby. So far enough spoon-feeding has been done. In thread and in other threads do not expect such spoon feeding. Else your discussions might be moderated.

The following is true for any transaction.

  • Click on the Change Layout icon on the application toolbar as shown by 1st Red arrow in the picture below.
  • Locate the Object number (OBJNR) field on the right side of the window and give a mouse click on it.
  • Now click on the Left arrow (shown by second Red arrow) to bring it to Display side.
  • Click on the Green tick below. (3rd Red arrow)

Now you will find the OBJNR field and its value in the Display.

Similar is the case when you work on IHPA table to find PARNR field and its value.

You can probably get the name through (HR-) Table "PA0002" ...

Also, there's a PM Function Module "PM_PARTNER_READ" that could deliver all that data at once ...

Hello Asjad,

Do like this through SE11.

  • Get OBJNR value from table AUFK by inputting the Order no. (in AUFNR field).
  • Pass this OBJNR value to the OBJNR field of table IHPA  as input and get the value of Person responsible from PARNR field.
