Not able to view the task description(details) of task on launch of UWL in sap portal

Hello,

We have uwl configured in SRM portal with version 7.0.

We have a custom iview implementing UWL.

On launch of UWL, we couldnt see the preview of the task(the details to see below the table view),on selection of the subject line.

I could just see the same subject which we could see in the table as preview below.

We need have the details below the table list as mentioned in the screenshot attached.

Please suggest, how to get the details of the task to show below the table list.

What happens when you select the iview directly from PCD and choose preview?

ie. launch it without a page or anything?

Thanks for the response.

These values are already maintained in the UWL iview.

But still we couldnt see any task details maintained below the task list in uwl.

Hi Ganga Durga,

You need to check the properties of your UWL iview.

Please check if the following values are maintained:

1. Prop: Display Item Preview  - Value should be true.

2. Prop: List of Preview Sections to Hide (Subject, Attributes, Description, Attachments, Notes, User Decision, or Actions) - Keeping this property blank means that all the aforementioned details will be visible to you in Preview section.
