Conflict with Absences/ Privilege leave (IT2001 / 1000) from 17.7.2015 to 24.7.2015

Dear Gurus,

We are getting the above error when the employee is applying for leave on 25.9.2015 in ESS. Its happening only for a particular employee.

The leave from 17.7.2015 to 24.7.2015 is applied and approved by the manager.

There is no manual updation done by time administrator for 25.9.2015 leave in IT 2001.

Kindly let me know what can we check to resolve the error.

go to ptarq and check in display documents by giving specific periods  whether any dates u have applied on that day

First try to create this same leave type for that dates in PA30 for that employee and check it is it allowing or not. If it's same issue, then it will be from that leave counting rule configuration side you need to check.

You need to check in rptarqdbview for all open leave requests.

Try to run RPTARQDBVIEW for up to today and you ll see  existing records in sent status or approved and compare it with the It2001 for the pernr, read note 1288919 - Collision with another time entry
