Dataset refresh failed - object not found in this dictionary : id_2008

Has anyone ever come accross this error?  I'm using Desktop version 1.28 with the Universe Query Panel Extension against an Oracle Universe in BOBJ 4.1 SP4.   This happens when I refresh all queries (I have 10 separate queries against one Universe) using the upper right refresh button.

I suspect it has something to do with Appended datasets where I have 2 queries producing datasets that I appended after adding a custom dimension to both.  When I try refreshing the appended query alone it just hangs, but refreshing all queries at once gives the error.

Any thoughts?

I am not sure that the KBA linked by Tammy is related (it may be, but...). It will be a good idea to do a bit of logging, see what errors you find there. Use KBA 2220451 - High Level SAP Lumira Desktop Trace Log Files Using enabletracing.bat File - v. 2

to guide yo on how to use the batch file attached to the KBA.

The logs may be hard to slog through, so creating a phone incident with support will be the next step.

It's not exactly the same but I wonder if this SAP KBA is related - see http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2215959 - it also says it is being investigated by Development.
